Payment & Commercial considerations
You agree to the commercial terms offered by SouqBox which may vary from time to time at SouqBox’s discretion. Souqbox will charge you monthly for the use of the services and failure to make payment will result in SouqBox disabling your site after the initial site suspension notice period. We will contact you to inform you that payment has not been collected and that unless payment is made as requested in 7 days, SouqBox will suspend your account and service. In this scenario SouqBox will retain your data for 28 days and at any time in that 28 day period, full settlement will enable your site to be reactivated to your end users.
After the 28 day suspension period lapses and where no settlement has been reached by you and SouqBox, we have the right to delete your site including but not limited to all content, branding, formulations, raw material data, user records and associated data.
We may make changes to these terms and our site
